i ordered diet tablets on a trial basis with this company, after the order, i was contacted by my credit card company and told that they were aware of this company and that they were missleading consumers, they advised me to send back any products recieved straight away. two weeks later i did so within a few hours and forgot all about it as my credit card company assured me that no payments have or ever will be allowed to go through regarding ghs health store or any known assosiated companys! 2 months later, to my suprise, i had a payment on my credit card statement for ghs healthstore of £37.88!! not only that, but 1 for accesscleans in cyprus for £51.28, 1 for 7colohealth for £57.14, 1 for thermothinplus.com for £71.97, 1 for accessmember for £10.83, and last but no least, ezykit for £10.90!! they also seem to have allowed someone to use my account to purchase sea france tickets, tickets from flybe.com and debenhams! i thought i would have had been protected regarding this company, considering they told me before any payment had gone through in the first place!! but no. do not order anything from this company as you will be charged over and over for things you will recieve. all i can do is change my account, which is what i have done, and hope for the best, as i have been told this may not stop me being charge by this company!!!

I ordered a free sample just payin for postage from this company. When i have checked my visa card i have been charged 120 euros for a product i havent received or given premission to be debited from my visa card.

I received my complimentary bottle of Thermothin today with postage fee of $4.95 deducted from my credit card.

I was quite excited until I looked at the statement/invoice.
It looked unusual with no details at all on it and it just gave me a really bad feeling.

I decided to look further into GHS Health Store on the net and I've come across nothing but complaints about this company.

According to all the information I've been reading in the last hour it looks like I too will soon receive more than what I asked for (which was only the complementary bottle free of charge) and further deductions will be taken out of my credit card without my knowledge or agreement.

I immediately contacted my bank to try put a stop on this company having access OR have my credit card number changed so they really cant have access to my credit card in the future.

The bank told me they have had several complaints over last 2 months here in NZ regarding GHS Health Store and are thankfully already onto them with their legal team.

They said often companies with deals like this often have up to a 62 page agreement form that none of us ever bother to read from beginning to end.
Somewhere in the middle of that agreement is probably a clause that states we are agreeing to receiving further bottles of their fantastic product and having the payments deducted as required.

Silly us don't we ever learn to read those forms properly!!

As of today my bank will also be contacting GHS Health Store again this time on my behalf so am glad I contacted them as quickly as I did.

I am told the banks legal team seem to be having good success with stopping this company deduct further amounts from the customers they are helping.

I feel better and quite reassured their vigilance in stopping this company ripping off customers will also protect me.

However if they don't have success in my case then my bank will quickly change my credit card number and take any payments deducted from me as their loss and not mine.

Isn't that fantastic of them... :)

Ghs health sent me products i dont need and charge me falsly on my credit card i want it to stop

I purchased a trial of supplement products online and paid a small amount of postage. Two weeks later GHS Health Store took a further payment of $70.78. Five days after that they took $72.81, a further 2 days later I checked my bank account and spoke to my bank and there are 2 payment waiting payment, 1 for $72.33 and the other $138.30. That is a total of $354.22!!! I am flipping out and have spoke to my bank twice today and will start dispute proceedings this afternoon. This company is out of control!!!
