They are stealing our money
I as well got sucked in to the 14 day free trial. DO NOT waste your time trying to contact thease companies, contact your credit card company FIRST!!! I have spent countless hours on the telephone trying to get through to cancel. Like so many of the stories on here, I had a very difficult time, mostly with Pure Cleanse Pro. All of the #'s no longer in service. I contacted GHS Health Store at 1-866-245-3991 to cancel. They email a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) Form, you fill it out and fax it back to them. They will then email you a RMA # with a address to return your product. They are not in a big rush to get the RMA # back to you so you might want to make a few calls to move them along in a timely manner. The longer it takes you to return the product, the more transactions you will see on your account. Make sure that your put the RMA# clearly and visable on the front of your return envelope. PureCleansePro was not easy. Never did get a # for them. My credit card company reached them and stayed on the line while I spoke with them. Everything is the same except when you receive your email from them they do not include the return address, so there is one more day delay and possibly more charges to you card. Of course it is not as easy as picking up the phone to call them for it because there lines are all OUT OF SERVICE!!! My credit card company, once again to the rescue, conntacted them and got the address for me so I could mail the capsules back. Make sure when you are cancelling with thease companies to ducument as much information as possibe. The name of who you are speaking with along with his/her ID #, cancellation #, order ID # and date. This was advised to me by the credit card company. Also, when you send the product back, be sure to get a tracking number. this will prevent any charges after the datethat you sent it back.
