GI Construction owner renovated and sold house to me where I currently live at. Before closing the house we have found some flaw in the house and made punch list so that it can be fix before closing.

However, GI construction made promise to fix roof and furnace but never kept his promise and we had to fix roof and furnace which he agree and entitle to fix.

Roof was leaking condition and furnace was non working condition.
