Everyone please beware, I went to a Cricket store where this guy did business, and come to find out he was just renting space from the Cricket store and not actually employed by Cricket, that was just the beginning of my problems with the owner of Giant GSM.

He left the Cricket store and after weeks of me trying to track him down I finally found him and when I did he told me all work was complete and that I could pick up my phone. I informed him it may take me a week to get to him and he said that was fine and that he would call me when he had my phone ready for pick up. I waited a week and a couple days and had no response so I visited his store with a friend.

At this time he was very rude in manner and stated that he 'sold the parts to my phone for his profit'. He stated the reason he did this is because I took to long to pick up my phone, but this was the first time he ever stated any such policy. He insisted I signed a drop off form that proved he statement but could not produce said form at all to date. So the moral of the story is he stole my 600 blackberry and sold it for his own profit...will you be next? I hope not!
