Impossible to cancel the order
I had placed a order for Transcend Digital MP3 8GB player on 1 June 2010, after placing the order I happened to know about the product through my friend so I called on 2 June 2010 and requested to cancel the order. But they were reluctant to do that, they have charged my SBI Card and were not willing to reverse the amount. They had told that they will deliver the product in 21days time, as i had requested for cancellation the very next day they havent even despatched the product, but they were still unwilling to cancel the order, As I am no longer interested in the product they forcing the stuff on time and not reversing the amount.

My attempt to contact the firm over phone proved futile
On 3rd August, 2009, I placed orders with M/s. gift360.in, whose advertisement was enclosed to the CITIBANK card statement, for supply of one set each of Kitchen Essentials 7 pcs Cookware set (Product Code 1586) and 12 pcs. Kitchen canister set (product Code No.1587). The order was taken by one Miss. Nirmala. But two sets of each item were delivered to me vide invoices, 64974;65013 and 64975;65014 dated 5th August, respectively. My attempt to contact the firm over phone proved futile. Finally, when I issued a mail, they had made arrangements to take one set each back. These articles were sent back through Blue Dart vide Way Bill No.12584258934/dated 24/9/2009. I have got the confirmation from Blue Dart that the articles were delivered on 25th September, 2009. Since then, I am trying to contact the enquiry department and escalation department of the firm through phone and email; but nobody replies me. I am yet to get the refund for the articles sent back by me.
