Gilbert cruzlinefreight is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with no commercial insurance, DOT, MC or ICC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. When he gets pulled over by any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines driver will the arrested and fined and your load will be impounded and towed to DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after all fines & fees have been paid.

Please do not make the mistake my employees made in selecting Cruzline freight. In addition to the already neutral or negative feedback Mr Cruz has received, he ran out of money and requested that money be wired to him so that he could continue with our merch. Mr Cruz told myself and employees he had no money for gas. Far from a professional operation. On top of it, showed up late after business hours costing our business needless overtime wages after promising me he would be there by 5pm.

He told me on 12/13/10 that he would pick the cycle up by 4 p.m. on 12/14/10 and deliver it on 12/15/10. Today (12/14/10A) at 3:30 p.m., I contacted Mr.Cruz which told me at first that the bid was cancelled on my end and then told me that he was in Tulsa, OK headed to Minnesota? No Detailed Feedback Available Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have tried calling this provider by both listed phone numbers which are not working and he did not respond to two (2) emails. This shipment requires removal from pickup site within 3 days and to continue to wait on an obviously unprofessional and possibly out of business provider will cost me thousands plus the lose of my product. I have no other choice but to cancel this booking and give it to another carrier immediately.
