No Support or Credit
They sent me catalog, I liked it, so I decided to order a vacuum cleaner and deep fryer, the total came up to $267.00. I asked them where is my credit account at so I can make payments?? They said you have to talk to the credit person about that, after they sent me my deep fryer. They did not approve me like every other poor person, they are just here to waste my time, making me have to pay a whole lump sum for something that should be paid for with their "Choose and Charge" credit account. If I do not get my credit card from them, their stuff is being sent back. They are just a bunch of problems that you cannot solve. They let you order from them, but cannot establish credit for your protection on time. They are slick!

Poor Customer Service
Ginny's gets an "F" for poor customer service. And it gets a double "F" grade for poor website design that makes it impossible to pay your bill. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't work. When you call to make payment, make sure you call midday because they don't answer the phone and you get a recording that says "call back later." Their customer service staff are rude and unapologetic for the kinks in the business practices. I also found accounting mistakes on my bill. Over all, if you want to be frustrated and if you like having difficulty paying your bill on time, by all means shop at Ginny's. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money.

Bad customer service,missing equpiment parts.
Sell's second's, part's missing, instruction's missing, Pour customer service.They don't care about
customer's.They won't let you talk to a supervisor or the owner.

Bedspread
Don't order the Tufted Chinille bedspread, upon opening the one I bought the smell of it nearly made me faint you would not believe the smell!!! Took it to the laundomat at once, smelling up the car on the way, it cost me $10.00 to wash & dry it and when I put it on the bed I found that one side of the spread was unsewn & the other side had a big wad of fabric all bunched up and sewn down for one horrible looking bump. Ginny's sent me a pick up order to return it to them, I got the credit but never the $10.00 for the washing of it...I think these must be made in India
