Is anyone else having this issue with Girls Gone Wild customer service or the company
We tried to order this Girls Gone Wild videos but we keep getting charged on our credit card for more purchases.

unwanted dvd's, charges to my visa
I've tried cancelling these dvds twice now, and they keep coming. Now their 800 number isn't in service, so I have no way to call them and have them stop charging my visa every month. I contacted my bank, and was told I'd have to cancel my charge card.

Cd sales
I ordered a DVD for a Christmas gift, it never arrived, when I called they said it was shipped, still never arrived, when I called back after Christmas they said it just shipped and defended their staff for lying and then said I should just wait for it, when I told them I wanted a refund they got nasty and sarcastic, I could tell that these people were used to fighting with their customers, the supervise was a real smarty.. This is the type of company that makes you want to puke and never order online again! beware! next I probably will get billed monthly for items I never ordered.

recieving tapes ,not ordered
they keep sending me tapes and charging my credit card.i keep sending them back, but never see a return
on my card. they stopped sending them for awhile, but they have started. ther ought to be a way to stop- them

Rip off
A couple of months ago I ordered the 3 cd 'special' Girls Gone Wild was featuring on television as a gag gift for a friend of mine 's bachelor party. I offered my credit card number and paid then got my cds. But then I kept receiving another video each month so I canceled (I didn't even know I had subscribed??) Yet two months later they are still sending me videos and billing my credit card! This is really shady business and I hope people read this before EVER ordering anything from that horrible company.

Never placed order but rec'd 4 DVD's
I received a set of 4 DVD's from Girls Gone Wild the other day that I never purchased. I need to know if this is happening to a lot of people and I also need to know if my credit card was charged how do I get a refund. If this is a common occurance what is being done to litigate this company? Thanks,

Did not order
I just wanted to tell you that I received 4 tapes in the mail today that I never even ordered. In fact I would never even order this smut. I am sending them back. You must get alot of complaints about this if you have a special page for this. Don't ever let me hear from you again.

Received merchandise I did not order
I received 4 DDV's that I never ordered and have no idea how my name and/ir address was provided for this order. I had no idea what the package was about so did not know until it was opened. These numbers were on the package but have no idea what they represent:

The DVD's have not been opened - only the package they were received in. I have no intentions of paying for these items and will notify my Bank immediately. If they need to be returned, they will have to be returned at the shipper's expense.

Credit Card Scam
My credit card showed a charge for $56.93 listing the number of the company Girls Gone Wild. I have never purchase anything and don't know how or why this charge is on my credit card.
