The Gladiatus "support Team" for the .US servers are completely worthless!! There is a Praise and Criticism section that is made for players of the game to either praise or CRITICIZE the game but when players do post criticism the team members close the complaint threads within 2 days.
Currently the players are complaining about a "fix" that cause some of the mercenary characters to loose valuable stats and instead of giving a time when it will be fixed or rolling the update back to one that worked the "team" is simply closing the posts and are doing nothing for the players, a good deal that pay money for the added benefits of rubies. (How they make an account a "premium" account)

If someone had trolled or insulted staff they would have been warned for it, and you would know. The thread was closed because it was going to become just another "omg gf sucks" thread
And if you notice he even says "ANOTHER "omg gf sucks" thread" So if they are getting that many of these kinds of threads then maybe they should step up the quality of their product.
