This is a franchise store and almost every aspect of our dealing with them was a nightmare.
We were told to arrive on our appointed day. They called and reminded us and said if we came early they would take us early. We live two hours from the store and needless to say we made certain we were on time (45 min early). We were made to wait an hour past our appointment time-when the photographer had the couple in front of us change their clothes he acted like he was doing us a favor to take us then. He was professional as was the rep who showed us the photos but above the cheerful attitude of the staff the experience has been horrible. I changed clothes in a bathroom that was so FILT HY I would not have had an animal in it. The carpets are dreadfully unclean and the store needs painting and CLEANING.
The photos were to be rushed as we wanted them for our actual wedding date which was 2 weeks away. We never recived them. It is now 40 days since the shoot and many phone calls later. We were told 10 days ago that they would again be "rushed" to us. Today the assistan manager promised to call right back and after 4 hours I was still getting the run around. I have e-mailed the customer service link online and never gotten a response. Think twice before using this service.
I will have to stop payment on our credit card and still we have no wedding portraits!
