I had taken my daughter to glamor shots for a gift to her for her 16 birthday. I bought a package for $2, 585.06 which i was told by buying this package that I would be getting a 20x24 mounted image collection, animoto slideshow, and a j peg for the computer, which i could download the pictures and sendthem to people on line. Also be able to take it to a place and print out as many pictures i want. When I went to go print out pictures. i didn't have th j peg to do so . I called the store and was told that i had only purchased 6 pictures, and was send to me via e-mail, and that was the only ones i could print out . I said that is not what i was told . If that was so i would had never paid that much money for 6 pictures. Which i didn't really have to begin with. I really think that this store is scaming people out of their money, by saying one thing to them, and when they get their money, tell them something else when they are comforted with a compliant about their practices. I would like you to honor what your store told me at the time of purchase. I look forward to hearing from you, Sincerly, Peggy Poling
