I just wanted to updated my complaint with a company name Glamouristic. I finally got in touch with someone from this site he gave me a rma code, so I could send back the Fendi sunglasses. I track the shipping and they received their product back on Oct 19, 2009 at 10:04am someone by the name Pattel signed for it. Anyways, I waited 5 business days to check if they credit back my boyfriend his $149.00 which they didn't! so I called them and someone by the name Rico told me it will be 2 more days. I called back after 4 days guy name "Mo" tells me a bunch of bulls*** like sorry for the trouble and to give them just 2 more days again! He also suggested he would personally call me to let me know about my refund. well, 5 days has passed no call and no refund so called them back I was talking to "Mo" I told him who I was and my problem and this Son of B**** hangs up on me! I call back like 5 times he never answers! I am so shock and angry what kind of business does that! They are so unprofessional and bogus! My boyfriend never got his refund from them but, his bank is going to take care of that and will be reporting them to BBB.!
