I bougth a Saab 9.3 from Glassman Saab and everything went really well. At the sale point, they told me absolutely everything I wanted to hear. I was told my saab had full maintenance for the life of the lease up to 36, 000 miles. Since my lease is 27 months I was excited to know I would incur no maintenance cost.


However, the reality was that only the first 3 oil changes are covered.
I went and complained to the manager at the dealership and told me the sales person is no longer with the dealership. Therefore, he could not get her side of the story. I am not sure what he meant by that because it is not logical for me to lie about $350 maintenance cost when I bought a $35, 000 car. But it sounded like he did not believe me. Then, he added, he could not do anything to help me, which is hard for me to believe. They could have honored what the sales person told me, or they could have met me in the middle. Instead, a sales person lies, there are no consequences... and I end up paying the cost.
