I moved into Glen Arbor apartments in July 2010. Before I even signed anything or even looked at an apartment, I asked them if they had noise problems here, as I HAVE to have quiet...or at least hear quiet in my apartment. I was "guaranteed" that this complex had not had noise issues for a few years and that they would instantly take care of any noise complaints I would have.

I expressed my concerns on noise issues to them quite clearly, as I cannot sleep or concentrate on anything with a lot of noise going on. The last two places I had lived, were CONSTANTLY drowning in loud noises from the neighbors.

I was again, "guaranteed" that any noise complaints are taken very seriously and dealt with immediately. So I moved in to this complex.

Since then, the jerks upstairs have been making loud noises 90% the time! Whatever they are doing up there, its loud, and its on full bass..which shakes my walls and vibrates in my aparment so badly, I cant even hear my own tv!

I have been complaining about this many times to the management here, as well as the propery headquarters...and NOT ONCE have I gotten a response from ANYBODY! The police dont even care!

I rarely get any sleep. But I have this fact to keep me going...as long as I file complaints and they refuse to acknowledge me...if I am terminated from my job for any reason, dealing with circumstances stemming from my stress and sleepless nights...I can sue the HELL out of this company.

They have had THREE months to do something about this and REFUSE.

DONT RENT anything from this company or its subsidiaries! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!
