I ordered my beef jerky @glenwood's online site, and I was waiting for it, and I contacted them after 1 week, and asked about my beef jerky not arriving yet. They responded and told me there was a mix up. So I'm cool with it, but it arrived after 2weeks, and when I got it the box seems to be messed up and to fix it up, somebody taped it all over, so I came to the conclusion that I won't risk eating a beef jerky that might be contaminated.
And after that incident I emailed them back, and guess what? They've been saying that they have this great customer service, or guarantee our satisfaction, and its been 2-4 weeks, and they haven't replied yet with my complaint.
It seems that when there's a complaint, these guys just put the customer's email through their trash, isn't that so nice of them...
