My name is asif munir and i have send some picture of mine to my family in india through global express guaranteed. They charge me 43.95 and promise me that my family will receive the mail on 02-09-09. But my family has not receive any mail and when i went to post office they said that they will investigate the matter but i did not got any positive response from the department that what happen to my mail and where it is lost. if it is lost no matter it just a picture and i can make another copy and resent it. But the problem is that they are not telling me fact what happen to the mail and every time they are saying that they are looking into matter. This was first time i was having problem with usps and i hope they will give me some kind of response to me about the mail.
