We ordered a product online on November 21, 2009. The confirmation e-mail that was sent to us later that day said that we should receive the shipment within 3-5 Business days. We spoke to a gentleman on the 30th and he said we should receive the package no later than the 1st of December. Today is December 3rd and we still have not received it. I spoke to the manager at Global Life and he said that he had the shipping receipt and gave me the tracking number. I then called USPS and was told that there is no record for that tracking number. After doing some research online we have found that we are not the only people that have had this problem. There are NUMEROUS reports through the BBB and many complaints on Report websites. I will also be filing a report with the BBB as well as speaking with the Attorney General in NJ. We are also in the process of filing a fraudulent charge with my boyfriends bank.
