These guys are a bit shady. I purchased a VWIC-2MFT-T1 dual T1 cisco interface card for my router in January. I found them first in a search by price on pricegrabber or pricewatch and the reviews here were decent.
So $392 for this new retail boxed product seemed great since the next closest I saw was nearly $700 and then most places jumped to over $1000. It came in an official Cisco box in a timely manner and it worked when I installed it so I didn't think much other than "what a deal".
So now I'm researching to get a backup router and VWIC in place and I'm digging a little deeper and this site pops up again as the lowest out there and the price is even cheaper. My certified Cisco rep can't understand how these prices are possible for new retail parts.
So I talk to a sales rep (Ray at Extension 135 - he's new, my original guy is now gone - TURNOVER??) and he first tells me that they're new. I ask him to check into it and verify that I would be getting a brand new retail cisco VWIC. I explain that $800-$1400 is the range that I find for actual new ones and that I believe the the one that they sold me before was used.
Next, after talking to his manager/owner he tells me that it was a typo on the website and that he can sell me a new one at around $700. I then explain that there are an awful lot of other "typos" on that same page since the VWIC-2MFT-E1 is a couple of dollars more than the -T1 and usually it's a few hundred more than the -T1 at a reputable seller.
So in summation, there is definitely something fishy going on at this place. I'm still going to buy the VWIC cause even as a used model it's a good price but BUYER BEWARE...
