I worked with these guys for awhile as a rep, but they're just a rip off. The main office talks a big talk, but doesn't or can't back it up. The company is just an empty shell.

As a rep, you can communicate with the president of the company. I've heard this person make misleading or misrepresentative statements to clients, suppliers and other recruits. He once told a materials supplier we would begin work on a specific project on a specific date, all without even having a contract signed by the client.

Avoid working with them.

Pros - Renewable energy technology is an exciting and changing industry.
Cons - Little support, big promises that are rarely kept
