Customer service nightmare
I don't know where to start. This is a "nutrition" company that cleverly lures people desperate to lose weight with promises of free trials that then turn into "VIP" memberships that automatically ship overpriced supplements to you every 45 days. That's not illegal, and I can admit that I was silly enough to fall for it. What is not ok is the following:
1) They enrolled my in 2 VIP memberships so I get billed twice a month but when I called customer service they denied this and refused to cancel my 2nd membership because it "didn't exist". Even when I provided order numbers and billing dates the woman argued with me and told me that I only had one membership and if I was getting double shipments then the extras were mine to keep for "free".
2) Their invoice clearly says that if you wish to cancel your memberhsip you can email them. I did so repeatedly wiht no response and the charges continued to pile up. When I finally called see #1 above.
3) They raised the price on their product without informing club members due to "difficult economic times".
4) Customer service, when not calling me a liar, continually hectored me about delaying my shipments or switching to another product instead of cancelling.
This company is not respectful of their customers. They are either non-responsive or incompentent when it comes to customer service requests. I am sure that I will continue to receive and be billed for their products despite my many and various attempts to cancel membership.

Rip off
DON'T TRY IT!!! THIS IS A RIP-OFF!!!The website leads you to believe they are offering a free sample of their product for $3.95 shipping/handling only. When I received the free sample, there is a note on the invoice that they would be charging my credit-card or bank account for the remaining $79.90 to complete payment. What happened to the “FREE SAMPLE”? They also automatically enrolled me in auto-ship where they would charge me $79.90 every 45 days to send additional product. They aren’t satisfied with stealing your money once; they want to continue till they have it all. After doing additional research on the web, I see that this is a normal practice.

Acai Berry
Just like everyone else, being scammed by this company.
Received a call and collection letter for $79.90. Could not reach by phone or e-mail to get a number for returning. 30 days have passed so last gal would not give me a number.
My bill will go to collections and be reported to the credit bureau if I don't pay. What should I do?????
