ongoing calls at all hours

For the past month I have received anywhere from 1 to 5 calls from this phone number 213-239-2891. When I answer no one says anything and when I let my answering machine answer it leaves a hangup message. I am
going out of my mind and I feel so helpless . Please help me

Calling several times a day for about a month or longer

Global Research International has been calling my home phone up to 5 times a day, morning, noon and night, for over a month. I am on the Do Not Call List. This number comes up on my caller ID: 213-452-6533. Sometimes they call every 10 minutes or so. They have also called after 9:00 pm. I have no idea who they are or what they want. I will not answer my phone because I don't know who they are. They never leave a message. They are VERY annoying. How do I get them to STOP CALLING ME???
