I was contacted by Eric Turner in February 2009 and he said that he had a buyer for my timeshare at Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Fl. He then let me speak to the alleged buyer (Darryl Sullivan). He asked for $2050 to pay for the legal fees and said that the sale would take about 45 days. It never happened and when I inquired about the sale Turner said he did not tell me that time period. He then said he told me up to 60 days. It never happended and when I contacted the "customer service" at (817-945-6513) a man named Matt Harris spoke to me. The first time I called he automatically said that my timeshare had been sold so I hung up. The next time he said I would have to talk to Turner about everything and said that there was no legal department when I asked to speak to someone in that department.
Next time I called the customer service because I received no answer at Turner's phone (817-349-6285), Harris got angry and ended up saying I was belligerent. I had asked him about a password to get into the site that eas on a sheet of paper they sent me which said you had to have a password. He said it was in the papers sent by the General Manager to me. I said I had not received anything from a general manager and in the paper I did have, it was not there and the anger came out.
When I finally found the company's site, there was there was no way to see any timeshares. I doubt it there are any listed anywhere.
