They can not be trusted, they are the most grimey place I ever been, the worst car experience I ever had. They lied and sold me a car that had engine problems and then when I told them they told me that they would either find me a better car or if it did not meet my payment needs they would give me money back. The car loan had not been finalized, but from day one they have lied, starting with telling me the car was inspected and had a 3 month warranty, then waited a week and half to get the car after completing the loan documents and them telling me after the car was not ready, they gave me a refund of 43.00 out of 1000.00 telling me there are fees to cancel. They were very rude to me even though i was patient with them. DONT BUY YOUR CAR THERE.. I have no car and lost 1000.00

I am tired of being taken advantage of so I just want others to read my expirience so they won't make the same mistake I did. First I purchased my car under the assumption that it would pass a simple state inspection. Due to the fact the company lead me to believe the veichle had already been inspected. My vehilce failed and the best answer that they could give me is they could give me their discount on the mechanic they use. I've been back and forth to this dealership and I grow more angry each time I step foot on that lot. This really Is not a reputable company. There main focus is money and not satisfying the customer. There have been numerous complaints on this company including my self that have reported them to the better buisness bearu. The whole company gives you the run around. I have been waiting a month to be reimburst for money I used to purchase my tags which was financed in my loan. Now a month later the person that has been telling me its being mailed out is putting me of on a sales person who knows absolutely nothing and is telling me something totally different. I do not live in arlington so I specifically asked them can I fax over a copy of the reciept and they told me yea I would recive the money I spent once they received the faxed copy. Now a month and some weeks later they are telling me to bring in the reciept to receive a check. I wish I would of listened to the couple that told me not to purchase a car from this dealership. Listening to the sales person I gave them the bennifit of doubt. I hope no one else makes this mistake . Now that I have this car some of the customers I meet have nothing positive to say about them. One customer even told me they were getting so many complaints they changed there name. This is why they only have a few bad reviews/ complaints. I don't no how a company like this stays in buisness misleading and taking advantage of people. I have taken the time to write this complaint so no one will make the same mistake I have. I don't know how long complaints are linked to a web page but there have been other complaints on this company but they don't seem to stay posted long.
