Karolina Opiola <[email protected]> -
Assistant Accountant globalvisas ( Does not have a clue and is arrogant)
The basis of my complaint is the letter of complain outlined below to which they have not responded. I have taken up the complaint with THE IIMIGRATION COMMISIONER and i intend to spread the word worldwide so that as many would be customers will be weary and go elsewhere.
There is always someone (usually globalvisas) who will counter claim my complaint on all the many websites and it is even known for liam clifford to counter instead of confronting direct (no balls).
My name is ********** and until very recently a customer of GlobalVisas. I enlisted the servises of GlobalVisas in October 2008 after a discussion with Robbie Raglass and Nicholas Geladaris. The chief reasons for choosing GlobalVisas were that it is a large immigration consultancy and it is a UK based company. The latter suited me as I did not want to deal with a South African based company for a work permit as South African based companies are very hard to deal with and not very professional in my experience. Having advised GlobalVisas of my intended SA contract start date (Nov 2010), I parted with the initial fee and was emailed an itinery of further payments on the 20th October 2008. This email also stated that final payment was due on the date of submission to the South African Embassy.
Delays to my application were frequent and did not fill me with confidence. Firstly, my consultant Lindy Nasson left followed by Robbie Raglass taking over from his South African office after a delay.
A change to the above mentioned payment schedule was sent to me, asking for an interim payment so that I may access the online tracking system. I made a payment of £550 by debit card and was emailed a receipt for this transaction. The online tracking system contained no information !!
After further disruption and having taken professional advice, I decided to end my dealings with GlobalVisas. I emailed Robbie Raglass with card details as requested so that he could pay (no more than £20) for courier fees for the return of all documents etc. He wished me well.I have received all documents back.
On the 11th May I noticed that GlobalVisas had taken £244 from my debit card. This was supposed to be the fee outstanding to be paid on submission of application to the Embassy. The Application did not get to the submission stage so why was this money taken without authority using the card details from a previous and separate transaction ?
I have emailed Nicholas, Robbie but have not had a clear answer. To resolve this case I require a refund of the £244 taken by GlobalVisas.
Detailed and documented letters have been sent to the OFT, The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, Natwest Bank fraud dept and other agencies.
I do not wish to lengthen proceedings and would like a quick resolution in the interim, this is the reason for contacting you.
