Unproffesional and Extremely poor response systems
Dear All,
Global Visas is the worst proffesional services agency you could ever work with. I guess their main interest is only the money and not whether the customer is satisfied or not. This is right from the sales rep to the customer service manager to the head of complaints department. All of them only run a bogus operandi.

I had applied for my UK work permit through Global visas and it got rejected on the grounds that the tax letter which I had provided did not have the stamps of accredited tax agencies on the consultants letterhead. All my papers had been checked by GLOBAL VISAS before submitting my case to the consulate. I have lost almost a lakh due to their carelessness and the least they can do is either refund me half or the full amount. Even after sending continues several emails (to my case manager and also head of complaints dept) I havent received one single decent reply from them. What they feel is if they ignore the customer we will forget and let go.

It is frustrating that such bogus companies are allowed to function. They should be taken to task. Luckily I have a copy of all the emails which I have sent to date.

I hope someone from Global Visa reads this and reacts positively.

Fraudulent Charges and lack of service
My husband and I live in London and arrived here in 2010 on a Tier 2 work visa - due to a change in jobs we realized we would need to transition to a Tier 1 visa quickly as the window for this particular visas was closing in April 2011.
We contacted Global Visas on February 3rd and talked to a very enthusiastic sales agent (Ritesh) who listened to our situation and told us we were great candidates and they could assure us that the application process would run smoothly and correctly. They requested the entire sum of money up front (1, 400 GBP) before allowing us to speak to our case manager. We were able to end up putting down a 250 GBP deposit with a 30 day payment plan on the understanding that we wanted to speak to an actual case manager about our case before committing ourselves.
I was called back by a very impatient and rushed individual by the name of Marcin who spent about 3 to 5 minutes reading me off a laundry list of documents that I needed to get to them. As this list is available on the UK Immigration website I was already fully aware that these were needed. Any attempt on my part to ask a question or clarify our situation was met with 'yes yes yes, that's fine' which led me to believe he was not taking in a single thing we were saying and was just doing what he needed to do so he could 'check a box'.
My husband and I already had most of the documents on hand and had the rest expressed mailed at our expense from the states and uploaded to their system over the weekend. Monday arrived - nothing. We had already emailed several clarifying questions over the weekend and now we began to call and leave messages on Marcin's line to no avail. It wasn't until Thursday, several days and calls later, that we were able to track our case manager down on the phone - not because he returned our call but because we managed to get the original sales agent (Ritesh) on the line and had him get up and go track down the case manager in the office and made him pick up the line. Turns out the case manager had been on leave the entire week and was leaving again the next day on Friday. Right. And the pesky job of looking at our case or documents? Apparently very annoying for him. And surprise - the information Global Visas requested us to obtain from the states - was wrong. They had us request the wrong time period. We had to go back and repeat the process all over again. Thanks to excellent service providers in the US we were actually able to get these documents by Friday. However, we were told that it would not be possible to submit our application the following week with no reason provided. As our case manager was still on leave we can only assume that he chose not to complete our application or review our documents. At this point we realized we were better off submitting the application ourselves then dealing with a company that scheduled our extremely time sensitive documents around their annual leave and couldn't be bothered to return emails/phone calls or review our documentation in a timely manner. We understand that everyone needs a vacation once in a while - but please assign us someone who actually plans showing up to work and following through with what they have promised to do. It was made clear by us that our case was very time sensitive and needed to be handled in a timely manner. Clearly this was lost on Global Visas.
We informed them of our disappointment in their lack of service and response (both on the phone and via email) We were careful to clearly spell out that we were terminating the relationship and that our bank had been instructed not to allow any further charges as none were authorized. We arrived at their offices to take back our original documents and we were told they were sorry for how things were handled and asked for a 2nd chance. We told them that at this point we simply didn't have the time and would be filling out our own application and submitting it ourselves that day. At this point we believed the issue to be over.
Global Visas sent us an email the following morning (by operations manager - Adrian Baxter) claiming we owed them the remaining balance for all the 'work' they had done and went ahead without any authorization from us and debited our account for that amount. This is currently being disputed at several levels.
I would strongly advise any other consumer against every working with them - the amount of money, time and personal anguish caused was terrible. There was no service given in return and the attitude of the company has alternated between disinterested (once they thought they had our money) to aggressive when they realized that we would be terminating our relationship with them.

Visitors Visa
Got in touch with Global Visas to help get my partner a visitors visa to come to the UK. They promised to help with this as my partner has been refused twice already but, as soon as my partner paid the full fee, all the emails and contact stopped and he had no feedback or news about the visa, the person he dealt with couldn't even get his spelling right, or even my partners name, seems like it's just one big scam with them playing with peoples lives and emotions, so thanks Global Visas for making out christmas this year totally ruined!!!

Global Visas - Evil Made Flesh
Global Visas is a criminal organization that practices highway e-robbery.

Me and my wife were interested in visiting the U.K. We called Global Visas to ask them general questions about what we may need in order to go there. They told us to make a deposit of $120, and they would connect me to a experienced case manager the next day, and if we decided we would like them to get the visa for us, they would charge us the full $600, but if we decided against it, they would refund our money. I asked them if they could guarantee our visa and if the amount of money in our bank statement was enough, and he said it was plenty.

The next day, when we talk to the case manager, we ask her the same questions. When we ask her if they can guarantee our visa, she said that they have a high success rate and we'll probably get it assuming we submit the right information, but they wouldn't refund our money if we were declined; she also said that the amount of money in our bank statement was insufficient in contradiction of what we were told the previous day.

Because of this, I told her that I am not interested since they cannot guarantee a visa after they are paid, and since they gave me contradictory information, at which she said, "I'm sorry, but we've finished the consultation and you are now locked into a contract by accepting the information I gave you." I said, "Excuse me? Do you mean to tell me that you're going to charge me $600 when you've done absolutely nothing? All you did was give me inconsistent information which is entirely different than what I was told yesterday!" At which she said, "Sorry, but if you didn't want the information I gave you, you should have stopped me, but I already gave it to you so you've made a contract and we have recordings of you making the contract."

I then told her I would be making a visit to my bank if she charged me, at which point she threatened me again and said there was nothing I could do since I supposedly entered a contract when I asked her how much I would need in my bank account, and by her answering the question, I apparently made a lawful agreement to pay them.

They didn't waste any time charging my card the full $600, which showed up on my online bank statement before the phone call even ended, and I've just returned from the bank to recharge the amount and cancel my card. Please pray that I receive my money back, and if you ever consider Global Visas to do anything for you, just remember that as soon as they get your card information, you're going to be charged a fortune for receiving "exclusive expert information" whether they give you truthful information or not, or even answer your calls afterwards.

If you ever even think about using them for your trip, shoot yourself in the foot instead. They are criminals of the worst kind.

Don't waste your time & money
A nightmare company. They charge a fortune and then do absolutely nothing to help with your visa application.
Don#'t get involved with them at all. And if you have already done so - make a complaint. Get this company shut down.

Stay away
I dont think that Global Visas Cape town know what they are doing and they are the South African Branch and strongly urge anyone considering using them to think twice. You are only setting yourself up for lots of frustration and will not get good service at all. And I will make a pint of it to tell whoever I can not to use them at all. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

They took my deposit and never gave me a response
I want to complain about Global visas. They are scams. I paid a deposit to get a visa to travel in canada for the christmas holiday. I made the deposit 2 months before christmas day, they told me that they will get me an answer about the visa within 1 month max. i would call them to see how it's going... A month went on no answers. So when i called them again they told me they transferred my case to another case worker. I started to call her to see what's going on with my case... I would get to her voicemail, leave a message but rarely get a call back and when i would get a call back she would tell me the same thing that they are processing my case. By the 10th dec. i was getting impatient and i could see that i wouldn't get it on time for the day i was hoping to travel on, so i started sending them E-mails asking them what's taking so long. December went by... Never got an answer. My trip was obviously cancelled so when i called them to tell them that they took too long that i don't need the visa anymore that i just wanted my deposit back they told they couldn't give it to me. Apparently "they had tried to call me but i wasn't answering the phone" which was a lie because i never saw any missed calls and i was the one that was tired of calling them that i started e-mailing them as well... So right now what i would advise anyone who wants to use Global visas.DON'T DO IT!!! They will take your money and not do the service they supposed to do. They will take long to process your case and won't even give you your deposit back!!! Till this day i'm still trying to find a way i can take them to court because what they did to me was just wrong!!! And i'm not the only one they've done it to! I found out that they were some many other complaints about them. If i would've known about them i wouldn't have gone to them. SO YOU WANT MY ADVISE DON'T WORK WITH GLOBAL VISAS!!!
