If you're looking for a real job, don't waste your time here. Here's how it will all go down. If you send them a resume, any resume, they will give you an initial interview. Shortly after, you will be invited back for a second "job shadowing" interview. This will last all day. Throughout the day, you will see how they go from door to door soliciting people. At lunch you will be told about the structure of the company, and how within 8-12 months, you can be making $100, 000 a year owning your own office. At the end of the day, you will take a quiz that doesn't matter, and probably be offered a job that you must take then and there.
Up to this point, things might seem a bit fishy but not too far out of the ordinary. Here is why the "job" is a joke. You will be working approximately 11 hours a day. You have to get there at 7:30, even though work doesn't really start until about 9:30. You will be required to drive not only all over cincinnati, but as far as 50 miles away, and you will receive no compensation for gas. They'll tell you not to worry about that though because your gas expenses are tax deductible. Then theres the fact that this job is SOLELY COMMISSION BASED. It's nice to get paid everyday, but theres no base pay, so if you get a bad territory or one that has already been covered (which happens often), you will be lucky to make more than $50 a day.
If you don't believe me just take a close observation of the staff that works there. Most are very young, around the ages of nineteen to twenty-two. And the reason they can afford to work there? They all still live at home, which means free rent, no real bills, and mostly free meals. Unless you have all these expenses covered, good luck making a living working for Global Visions.
