I bought a very expensive phone not knkowing that it came with awarranty or so i was told. About three months later i noticed that I was being charged about 15.00 a month off my debit card. I ended up cancelling that card. I then started to recieve this email saying "Full ViewCREDIT CARD DECLINED NOTICE

Dear XXXXXXXXXXX On 3/5/2011 6:25:42 PM we notified you that your credit card on file was declined. To date your credit card continues to be declined. Fifteen (15) days has elapsed since the first notification.
Unfortunately your account is suspended until we receive updated credit card information to process the required monthly payment.
Please contact our call center at 888-980-8894 as soon as possible to avoid any delay in processing a claim. A Customer Care Representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After successfully processing the required monthly payment, your contract will be reinstated. If your contract remains suspended for more than thirty (30) days, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your contract:
any outstanding monthly payment must be paid in full and,
a reinstatement fee of fifteen dollars ($15) will be charged to your credit card and,
a new thirty (30) day waiting period will apply from the date the payment is approved by your credit card company."
I HAVE WRITTEN THEM TWO SEPERATE EMAILS AND STILL NO REPLY. I GOT THE EMAIL ADDRESS FROM ONE OF THE CUSTOMER REPS AND I AM VERY ANGRY SO I CONTACTED MY LAWYER.
