What to find out how could I get my money back they taken 3 times $134.23 from my own account please help me how could I get my money back..

Bank fraud
Was sent a free 14 day trial of Acaiberry & Colon Cleanse on the 10/11/09, which cost $8.95 postage, since then the company has taken out 2 payments from my credit card without authorisation from me, on 30/11/09 of $140.55 then again on 15/12/09 of $139.04, but did not even receive ant products either, not that I want them, as they don't work!!

Billing Charges
I subscribed for the "FREE" samples of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanser on October the 29th In mid November, I received a container of 40 capsules of the Acai Berry and NO Colon Cleanser. My credit card was charged $0.96 for each of these products (total $1.92). Then on the 15th of November (transaction date) and posted date, November 17, my credit card had been charged $128.30 twice for a total of $256.60. I have NOT received anything other than the ONE FREE Sample. What is going on with this company? I want my money back!!!

FRAUD
Unauthorised charges for products not received
I ask for a free sample of Acaiberry & Life Cleanse a month ago and I haven't recieved any product at all-
They charge 1.45 usd, but they are trying to make new charges on my account! wich I refused to pay!
Please someone stop this people!!

fraudulent claims
i purchased health products for a trial period at a cost of £5.00. I then recieved a call from my bank to say that this company wanted to take two payments of £75.00 out of my account one month later. I refused authorisation of these payments and was informed by my bank that I needed to allow these payments to enable them to trace where the payments were going too. I was assured that I could then claim this money back. However, I have now found out that Global Well being won't send the money back to the bank so they are not willing to reimburse me. I at no time authorised any further payments than the initial £5.00 paid. This company seem to feel that they can just take money whenever they feel like it becasue they have got your bank details. We have been robbed at the most expensive and difficult time of year which will mean that our children will have to have little presents this year!

Unauthorised charges for products not received
I have been charged 3 times on my credit card without prior confirmation or my authorisation for products which I have not received.
I want a full refund for these unauthorised charges to be made by Global Wellbeing - who also used several other Company names when the charges were debited against my credit card.

Fraud
I sent away for a free trial of these acai berry and colon clense pills and ive only applied for them about 2 weeks ago and ive recieved the colon clense pills but not the acai berry pills and just had a look at my credit card account and they have taken $159.67cents out of my account and i dont even know why they did that. This global wellbeing thing is fuking me off. I want my money back know or i will be applying legal action

Fraudulent charges
I ordered a free sample of (slimming aid pills) and gave my debit card details in order to pay Postage and packaging. On the 20/10/09 my bank account is charged £75.20 by the afore mentioned Global Well Being, who I have never heard of, for what I do not know, as I have not received any goods or warning of any. I at no point ordered any goods or services from this company, nor do I wish any as in my experience there product is useless.

Scam charges
$167.57 debited from my account. According to the bank the having been trying for the pas week to take the money out. Really pissed off as being a mum and not having much money my partner gave money to help me out only to find i had none, it was taken from me.
I ordered the acacai berry and clense well over 4ths ago and they think they have the right to continue taking money from my account to help other companies with their promotionss. Please do the right thing and give my money bac.
