GlobalC2C is a fraudulent company. They advertise Air Jordans, but once you place an order, they don't respond. Prior to placing an order, you can "chat live" and ask questions. After you place an order and ask for tracking information, they tell you they don't sell shoes (it changes daily). Your only recourse is to call your credit card company and file a dispute.
