I answered an ad in the newspaper from Globalmart Solutions that offered an Ebay Basics Course. They claimed to be an Ebay Education Specialist and is authorised by Ebay to conduct the Ebay Basics Course. They will even issue Ebay certificates upon completion of the course. I was asked to go to their office to view their operations. When I went there they told me I can sell their items and also use their courier service at a specially low rate. What I saw is only old and outdated toys and later when I enquired from the postal service, I found out their rates is almost 10 times higher. I then emailed Ebay and asked them if Globalmart Solutions authorised by Ebay to conduct such courses. Ebay replied that no companies are authorised to conduct any Ebay Basics Course and the course which was previously conducted had already ended. Ebay also mentioned that nobody can represent themselves as Ebay Education Specialist anymore and Ebay does not issue any certificate. Globalmart Solutions is cheating the public by misrepresenting themselves as authorised Ebay agents. It's basically a front to collect thousand of fees from the public for a fake course and use the students to sell their unsold stocks and charge an exhorbitant amount for using their account with courier service.
