GlobalTel Link has the worst customer service I ever seen. I would like to see someone else take over this company that will do a better job. Im on hold sometime for atleast a hour and not to mention when you finally get thur to pay on your account the computers are always down and you money takes forever to post to the account. I'm just sick and tired of their service and until there's some competition, I don't see things gettting better.
