i've subscribed to their promo which is Globe Duo and it says there that when you register to that promo you can call any landline numbers (unlimited) within the metro manila. I thought I would be able to call my workplace, which is just in Pasig City. Wtf. How can I use it during emergency situations???

I tried to call their customer service but they can't be reached!!!

subscription will cost a customer 25 pesos a day, hell yeah, i should've just walked and find a phone booth instead.

they have the worst service!!! and they made me wasted my money.

how can you guys live and sleep all night when customers like me aren't satisfied at all???
