Sa mga gustong magtransact sa Globe GCASH Click. Magdalawang isip muna kayo!

Maganda sana ang programa ng Globe in their GCash Click kaya lang sisinira ng isang irresponsible & unreliable courier na ang pangalan ay DELBROS.

Here's my personal experience.

I bought an item from NCR online thru GCash Click last February 2, 2010. We both confirmed the transaction and the seller immediately release a pickup advise to the courier DELBROS. The status is shown in GCash Click website. Unfortunately this courier failed to pickup the items until now February 12, 2010. The seller made several follow ups with them thru their SMS & Email Hotlines, but, unfortunately they don't even bother to give feedback even just once. Me my self made several follow ups with DELBROS and still got the same result (No feedback at all). This is how bad this Courier services is in handling inquiries & conerns. Very irresponsible and unreliable. Ganito kabagal ang courier na ito. Ni hindi man lang nila ipaliwanag kung bakit nagkakaroon ng delays...Hmmm...o...talagang ganito na ata ang mga ito...

I made several follow ups also to Globe GCash hotline 2882, but the customer services representative is limited only in accepting your concern but don't have power to solve this kind of problem. They don't even have access to personally hammer and push their own courier partner DELBROS "SAD"...


Kaya ang advise ko...bilang biktima ng ganitong systema ay huwag muna kayong magtransact sa GCash Click hanggat ang DELBROS ang Courier partner. Huwag nyong hayaang matulog sa kangkungan ang binili o binenta nyong items. Mauubusan kayo ng customer pag ganitong klaseng serbisyo ang sasakyan nyo. Mabagal pa sa pagong!!!

I hope my complaint will reach GLOBE top management to act on this urgent matter seriously...

Kung LBC 0 Air21 na lang sana courier partner ng globe eh siguradong 24 hours lang nasainyo na ang items. I made several transactions with these two and they don't even miss a thing...
