Dear Mr.Humm
I Have several issuse going on. I have been a customer with t-mobile for over 8yrs and i don't feel i should be going through what i have been going through. I have been told that a payment was lost to my balance was 185 dollars to now my balance almost 1000 dollars, i was told several times that i would be called back an never was then a customer service rep told me that they have to tell you that they will call you back but they don't have to. Mr. Humm i do not want to take legal action so can you please call me or send me an e-mail. I value beiing a customer and i dont want that to end
