This is an OFFICIAL reply from LA2DAY on the slander campaign put forward by Roshan Shah behind Gujjuweb, Drupal and Ruby on Rails company BPO Canada, Gloscon and Railshouse.

FACTS:

1. It is true the working relationship was fine in the beginning. Roshan Shah and his team produced the first version of the website for LA2DAY and all services were paid for.

2. LA2DAY never invited Roshan Shah or any of its members to visit us in the US. He was on his way from India to Canada to get Canadian citizenship when Eurobookings (an entirely different company) invited him to LA to discuss the Eurobookings project. I did work as project manager for Eurobookings at the time and introduced the two companies.

3. Eurobookings has nothing to do with LA2DAY and vice versa.

4. Eurobookings paid for an apartment for Roshan Shah, his wife and kid during his entire stay in LA. Eurobookings obviously never offered to pay for airline tickets from Canada to LA for his entire family. Even if that would be part of the deal it would have been insignificant compared to the $80K Eurobookings did pay Roshan Shah.

5. Roshan Shah agreed with Eurobookings to repair their Drupal site for $50, 000 in anticipation of a new project.

6. Roshan Shah did not manage to repair the Drupal site for Eurobookings yet got paid in excess over $80, 000 for his work, but demanded even more.

7. Because the work was not done correctly Eurobookings decided to have the entire site rebuilt by another company yet paid Roshan way more than was agreed upon. Obviously Eurobookings also decided not to work with Roshan anymore on future projects.

8. Because Roshan Shah did not get what he wanted for work he did not perform correctly, he started his internet blackmail campaign against Eurobookings, LA2DAY and persons involved.

9. Roshan started posting stories (using alias names) to discredit several individuals. He even posed as former employees of us being unhappy (too bad we know all our (former) employees and have good relationships with all of them).

10. Roshan does this more often as can been found performing a simple Google search on: 'Roshan Shah scam'.

11. We have testimonies from partners he used to work with and former employees of him that support his unethical way of doing business when things don't go as he likes.

12. Before the situation escalated, Roshan Shah was indeed offered an equity deal from LA2DAY in exchange for an upgrade. This deal however was never effectuated, yet again Roshan demanded payment for work never delivered. He claimed to have performed an upgrade which was part of a deal that never happened. The upgrade was never approved nor delivered. LA2DAY had to - like Eurobookings - find another company to work with in regards to software and application development from that point forward and has an outstanding relationship with the technology partner it has been working with ever since.

To summarize. Besides the fact that Eurobookings and LA2DAY have nothing to do with each other, Roshan claims otherwise. He also claims I am part owner of Eurobookings which is entirely not true. I never was, I never will be. I have also stopped working for Eurobookings a long time ago. I was project manager at the time and introduced Roshan to Eurobookings to work on their project. So Roshan Shah is the one misrepresenting the facts here. Not anyone else. We can not speak on behalf of Eurobookings of course, but we know that Roshan has been paid way more than was agreed upon between them yet still demanded more payment without servicing the client to his satisfaction. Obviously we wish we would have never introduced the two parties to each other.

What he did to Eurobookings he also started doing to LA2DAY (demanding payment for services never delivered). And obviously both Eurobookings and LA2DAY did not give into his blackmailing and that is when Roshan Shah started his slander campaign on the internet against individuals.

This is the one and only official reply from us. We did NOT post any other replies, messages and comments. Unfortunately others have done so using our names. Possibly to support their own claims against Roshan Shah. We regret that. We managed (with the help of legal counsel) to have 80% over all postings removed from the internet and will continue to do so. We do not endorse personal attacks, negative name calling and blackmailing. We do not support others who use our name unlawfully. We have reported our case to the Cyber Crime Division of the FBI and our contacts within Law Enforcement, because we believe in fair process and will always act against unlawful behavior, slender and blackmailing.
