Fraudulant Charges
On April 2nd week I received a call from

glow.com

asking me to check their website for free sample and they said it is 'free' and there will be no indirect charges other than the shipping fee. I gave my credit card and they charged only the shipping fee and sent the product on April.I used the product and did not find it to the standard they claim so just left it aside and never planned or ordered from them anything.

However, today I received a package from glow.com with another set of mini sample size same as the free sample they sent on April and an invoice for $80.But I then noticed that glow.com has charged $100 for the first sample they sent on April .I called customer service who claims that they sent an email along with my initial 'free sample order' where it says $60 will be charged after 30 days if the package is not returned and shipping tax etc. totaled to $100. I have sent them a note that I will take this complaint to consumer court if they do not refund all my money except for the first free sample's shipping charge. This is a complete spam. They do not tell you what you are agreeing for and they keep charging your credit card every month without your knowledge.

BEWARE!!!GLOW.COM IS A SCAM!

cannot get my credit
I got the free sample. I returned within the trial date. I noticed I was charged $98.50 on bank statement. Contacted them, said they did not receive return. It had been 3 weeks. They couldn't find a return from me, but they said they would go on and give credit. I didn't receive credit. Contact glow. They said they received my return and refund was issued on 9/7. Said to contact credit card issuer, which is my bank. I contact my bank they could not find a credit from glow. I contacted glow and they wanted information. My bank called their department. They wanted a bank statement. So they fax that to glow. They call my bank back and said the refund was credited and that's all can do.

What a SCAM!!! This GROW.COM!

I ordered a free trial offer from the Yahoo sponsored ad for a shampoo and conditioner, paid $5 shipping handling fee. Two months later, SURPRISE, I received a credit card charge for $109. Now that is in dispute.

Surprised! Another month later, I received another exact package with another invoice of $113. They called that AUTOSHIPPING. I didn’t order that and the original trial offer did not say anything about this auto-shipping stuff. If you think that’s a scam, wait until you here this:

The invoice included inside the package has an instruction for you to return and promise a full refund. The instruction asks you to login into your account, go to the Trial Orders tab, select “Cancel”, print a RMA#, and return it with your own shipping. And this is what I found:
• It says my account is no longer active for auto-shipments. And they still shipped it???
• There’s no Trial Orders tab. The closest one Trial Offers tab has no order listed in it; hence, I have no way to cancel it.
• Another tab Retuns listed my order, but gave no option of Cancel or Return to make it happen. In other words, these tabs are all fake.
• So, you have no way to print a RMA label.

So, what do you do? You seal it and return it back to the sender? They thought of that too. On the invoice, it says “We cannot process or refund packages marked Return to Sender” and it also says “The package must clearly show the RMA number. Go figure. They cut you off on both ends and you have no way to exit.

a scam company
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, I ordered a trial conditioner/shampoo from this company that they advertised on Yahoo on July 29 as free only I have to pay $4.95 shipping handling. They sent me a confirmation email and I received a 2 bottles conditioner and shampoo 8 oz each. Two months later, I noticed a $109 charge appeared on my credit card bill from this company for the products. What a scam!

As I was suspicious, I checked back to the confirmation email. Waalaa, they have secretly added a statement at the bottom of the mail saying I have to return it within 30 days if not satisfied after using it. This statement had not been anywhere on their Yahoo ad. It did not show up anywhere throughout the entire ordering process except on the confirmation email. Wow!!!

There are hundreds of complaints about this company's practice and behavior on the Internet. Even after I complained to my credit card company, they promised to investigate but reciting their 30 days trial period and asked me if I had returned it. Interestingly enough, I did not even know and tell her about their secretly adding statement and she already knew that? I suspecting they must have received hundreds of complaints about this.

Watch out and never order anything from this company.

fraud
I receive my third shipment on last Saturday. I never asked for this!!! I was ordering a free trial of their cosmetics and I ended up being sent make-up every month. I was put on a auto sending every month. I am so upset. This company needs to go out of business and the owner must go to jail. This is so ridiculous. They charged me almost $200 for something I did not order. I can't believe this!!! I was lazy to return my last shipment but i will find a way to return all and find a way to punish this company!!! I just googled this company and found out I WAS NOT THE ONLY VICTIM HERE!!!

unethical company
this unethical company leads you to believe that you are getting a FREE trail for haircare products. The advertisement states pay for shipping only. When you recieve the items if you not read the materials that come in the box you will be charged an additional $98 after 30 days. If you choose to return the product then you have to pay for return shipping (now to and from shipping) for an unused FREE product. AFter you are automatically entered into an auto renewal program to recieve and be billed over $100 for 4 bottles of hair products! you need to call them to get a return shipping code and send it back for a refund of everything but shipping.

To add salt to the wound, you can not delete your credit card info from the internet! I was told they can do that. The leave it for ease for future purchases!

the nerve! disgusting. I filled a compliant with the FCC.

Trial Samples
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. Do not fall for the FREE TRIAL offer. As stated by others once you purchase ANY item and they have your credit card number they will continue to mail and charge. It is impossible to cancel any order through their website. I am going to work with my credit card company and see if they will no longer honor this company's request for payment.

SCAM - FREE TRAIL
Saw add for free trail on shampoo just pay for S+H $4.95. In June, received the shampoo after trying which I wasn't overly impressed with it. Two months later I received a package from GLOW.com which I did not open and sent back to sender. Two days later I received my credit card bill which showed July 15th for $98.50 and Aug. 10th for $103.45. I was alarmed to say the least. I called Glow.com and informed them they billed me for unauthorized purchases. They told me I signed up for a 30 day trail. I did not sign up for a 30 day trail I signed up for FREE Trail just pay $4.95 for S+H. They said look at the email we sent on June 10th. The email had on top "FREE TRAILS" It should $0.00 for Shampoo and I was charged $4.95 for S+H. Great right...I thought so but, no you need to scroll down and read the small print "30 day trail". We I tried to get a refund they refused. I found it very apparent from the rep and supervisor they were well trained for this scam. Nothings "free" unless it is a scam. Don't deal with GLOW.com very deceptive practices!!!
