I have a 2003 Saturn ION, and I am having problems with the ignition switch. With the key not turning off all the way sometimes in the ignition.
I have paid a dealership over $900 to have the shifter and the ignition switch replaced and I am still having problems with the key in the ignition not turning off. I took it back to the dealer and they told me the whole ignition needs replaced and didn't understand why they couldn't find the problem before. I have to pay another $265 to have the ignition replaced. So why if I paid that much for my car to be fixed first should I pay more to replace the ignition part which I thought was all ready replaced?
I went to consumeraffairs.com there is complaints from people who have the same problem about the ignition switch. What should I do about this problem?
