The Customer Service representatives have no understanding of what their job description implies, and the company is the WORST I had to deal with when it comes to leasing a veichle.
I am trying to extend my Saab lease for three month (which is a possibility offered by contract!) and they are making the whole process impossibly complicated. It seems like they are doing me a favor, when is actually the other way around.
