wouldlike to file a complaint against alaince bank (GMAC) (mikel carpnter, Steve Ardrew) for mis billing my gmace loan and haveing to go around and around with customer service at call center of GMAC whos reps where verry rude and not knowlegable they past the right hand to the left hand so no one know what was going on. they where paying the wrong maricopia country parcel tax number and then GMAC customer Call center rep started hounding me that my payment was late. it took a supperviser to get to the bottom of the problems because when I returned the calls all their rep keep saying was that Im late, Im late over and over. I still don't fell the problem is resolveal. company that are like this don't stop and think what kind of stress they put a person through. or shat kind of stress the person has been going through when their hours might get cut or when they loose aloved one and in my case both of these has happen the 2011 year has been so crummey any question you can contact me at [email protected] companys like this is what sometime brings down a person credit score and and credit bueral or in most cases people that are preparean a new lone cant seam to understan that some things cant just get cleared up so it makes you a bad person. the people in these arears dont use commom cents they only use book smarts and what computers tell them and not what the dummy sitting behing the machine tole the computer to due it only does what the dummy tell it to due people need to get away from so much computers. thats whats wrong with our coontry. but the company thinks that they should be able to use you money for free no instred but you should not get to due the same and company like gmac are not afriade of being sewed they have attorney on their payrolls and know that the adverage person most attorney will not take a case for the plain person with out a large retainner fee but what attorney need to wake up and see its the plain person that keeps them in business and why people in up in takeing the law into their own hands it is safte to say the law has lost the handel on the leagle and it doesn't work and as time goes on itwill go back to the wiled west and it closer than you think and you can guess who are the first to be shot, policeofficers, judges, and attorneys because they have all lost the battel they just cant see because they don't use common cents.
