We purchased a 2008 DTS Cad. on 3/20/08, and you can not make a telephone call. The recording that is taking your telephone number to dial never gets it right. I have tried everything to use our OnStar, as we wanted to enjoy it, but this is most distrubing. I do not see why they don't change what is trying to take your number and getting through to the people you want to call. Please help.
As I certainly feel this puts a bad mark on On Star.
