First and last time I ever purchase a Chevy truck or suv

Well to start off about a month after I purchased the suv I noticed that 6 out of 10 times that I would turn on the suv after it had been sitting for more than 3 hours it would make a loud clattering sound when you would turn it on. I took it in to the dealer right away and told them that when the air condition would kick in it would make a loud clattering sound to the point where I had to turn off the car and turn it back on. After leaving it there overnight they had told me that they could not get the tahoe to repeat the noise so that nothing was detected wrong with the vehicle. So I took it home and it stopped making the sound for a while. Just about 3 weeks ago I noticed its starting to make the loud clattering sound again. I took it into the dealer Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale Arizona again and told John Sheldon about the problem and he informed me that the they know about the problem. He indicated that if the car has been sitting for more than 3 hours it creates oli build up on the air conditioning compressor and that when the vehicle is turned on it will make a clattering sound for about 15-30 seconds. He also indicated that the Chevy manufacturers are aware of this problem and that they choose to do nothing about it at this time. I was totally furious to know that they refused to fix the problem. First and last time I ever purchase a Chevy truck or suv.

I bought an HHR 5 months ago and the panel behind the rear doors is made of plastic and looks like someone took a sandblaster to it

I bought an HHR 5 months ago and the panel behind the rear doors is made of plastic and looks like someone took a sandblaster to it. I contacted my local dealership and was told the only way to fix it would be to replace the pieces and put in sideboards. They said I would need to contact GMC through the 800 number to see if they would pay for it. Of course they said no "Its not our problem, its due to environmental issues" Thats baloney. The car is five months old we had a mild winter and it wasnt driven much in the snow. This should have been made better. This is the midgrade model. The dealership said they would replace the plactic, but without the sideboards or the piece being made of a different material, it will look the same in 5 months. Looking at the next grade model that comes with sideboards, it doesnt even have this piece. It appears that they new because it sits low to the ground that this would happen so they just slapped a piece of plastic on to protect the metal, but the plastic is all chewed up.
