Back in November 2010 I bought a new GMC VAN, 30 days after I call to find out about the new plate number that it suppose to be mailed to the dealership, in which we never received. Currently I have another transportation car a NISSAN XTERRA 2009 (I bought this car back in 2009 in another dealership car), 30 days after I call to find out “what happened to the new plate that we suppose to received for the new GMC VAN”, I found out the instead of giving me a new plate number by mistake they transfer the plate number from my 2009 NISSAN XTERRA TO THE NEW GMC van, now the NISSAN DOES not have any plate, they explain me that to fix this issue I have to go to the Driver License office and get a new plate for my Nissan and they will cover the cost, finding out that to be able to get a new plate I have to pay my property taxes for the Nissan otherwise I cannot get the new plate. The due date for my property taxes for the Nissan is due in June is January and I have to paid for that; in addition I agree to go ahead and pay my taxes online since I worked full time and I cannot afford to take a day off to get this issue resolved, I find out that the information on the SC Property taxes for the Nissan is incorrect (which IS THE GMC dealership fault, they input the information incorrectly), the name show as Lidia Perez and I'M LIDIA PARRA, the VIN number is from the Van not from the Nissan Xterra. Not only I don't have a plate for my XTERRA but they don't even know what they are doing, and they are not willing to pay for the property taxes, they are telling me straight forward that I have to pay since I suppose to being paying the taxes anyway. The point of everything is the dealer screw up with all the paperwork, and not willing to cover the cost of their mistake that in the first place they are the one who are responsible of all these mess. What they did is unprofessional, not only is an inconvenience for me, but they are not cooperating to fix the problem.
