I tried to get a free set of Rachael Ray pots, L.O.L!!! I signed up for all of the deals with little upfront costs and no lock in membership. Two days after placing the order I received 2 bottles for 3.97 shipping costs. If I returned them I would not be billed, not even 4 days passed I paid to sent it back didn't send it Priority like I started to just sent it reg. mail, BUT I KEPT MY RECEIPT! They charged my account 79.90 and refuse to give me my money. I adhered to all of their procedures I got the R Code and sent it back before the 14th day trial and they claim they havent received the product I sent it 9 days ago!. SCAMMMMMMM! I'm still waiting for my refund will keep you posted

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Drink the ACIA berry juice, but this product contains mistletoe and other toxic herbal remedies that have not been approved for consumption and it does not state the amounts of each of the ingredients - AGAIN DO NOT ORDER AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADs. TO get a smaller stomach do sit ups - this product will come in the mail and you will get billed at least $69.90. They only send the 800 number an no one answers the phone. I put the phone on speaker for 2 days! no answer.

Ok so the second shipment came with the 303-456-5591 number and you can get a person on the phone. Here you can ask to have your VIP status removed. That is all they will do and then they forward you to customer service (that is a poor name for this department) they will argue with you and you will not get any where.

It is best to stay away from GNS as they are usuing the name and the Oprah show and maybe a few successes, but you do not want to consume the product.

I am out $139.80 and a lot of time waiting on the telephone. I could have been doing situps! Ha! As soon as you get the free trial if you have ordered, call the 303 number and cancel. If you like the product you can always order again, but you will never get your money back if you do not cancel this fraud ordered VIP status within 14 days of your order - which will the day you receive the product (at least it was for me) and my credit card was charged and I am out of my money and time.

I have tried to cancel and get a return authorization on this product the web site can not locate and I can never get in touch with them on the phone

I ordered the Acia berry 30-day trial. I ordered it on January 20th. I received the bottles on the 8th I believe. I received 2 bottles when I only ordered one. Then on February 11th, I was charged 79.99. I called several times only to be left on hold. When I finally did get through I was told I would be refunded if I returned the unused portion. So I sent in the unused portion, and I have yet to receive a refund.

These weight loss vitamins have been sent to me with out my permission charges put on my bank card. Two bottles were sent to me Saturday, February 14, 2008 when the customer center was closed. I want my money refunded entirely including shipping and handling.
