UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCT SENT
NUTRIBLVD.20815 NE 18TH AVE SUITE B46

Claims to allow cancellation in 21 days.. but
uses date of order and then delays shipping so you do not have time to test the product to see if you like it.
then new order arrives and a month later I notice an 79.90 charge on my credit card!! I have since been
aware of many other complaints who rightly term this
a nasty scam..please confirm receipt and any
suggestions to handle this to

can not get thru to Co.
I do NOT want the product they sent. Cannot get a refund, they tell me to go to their website and pick out
something else and I can't find the site they want me to go to.

Product Does Not Work
This company is unreasonable when a request is made for a refund to my credit card and I find the staff very rude and inconsider.
I will not buy from this company again and I will tell all of my friends that this is the worst product on the market and don't be fool by its ad's.
I will also email the credit card company letting them know that they too should let all of their customers what a scam this is.

unauthorized charges
I cancelled my order within 2 minutes of making it, via telephone, I was told this would be cancelled, a week later I received a notice stating it could not be cancelled and my account was charged 3.97 twice. I called again and told them I do not want this product and I received it anyway a week later. Then I called again and was told to put an authorization number on the outside of the package and return it. I did that and was charged 2 weeks later 79.90. When I called them I was told they didn't get the product back and I had to pay for it anyway. There was no working with them or compromise, even though I gave them names and dates and auth #'s and cancellation #'s they would not give me my money back, so I paid 3.97 twice and 79.90 once for a cancelled order and I do not have any product

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the acai berry product online. The company immediately took my money for shipping $3.97 but it took almost two weeks to receive the product by mail. The package I received was torn open and one of the bottles lid was loose and could be easily slipped on or off. I tried to call the company but got the phone recording that wait times could be more than 30 minutes and was informed that e-mail concerns are faster and I would receive help in two business days.

I e-mailed GNS and informed them that my package was received but was open and that I wanted to return it. I received a general e-mail back. From that generic e-mail I learned that I had to send another e-mail to a different address. I sent the second e-mail complaint and waited for a response. I finally received a reply back that said my first order that I did not receive will result in another order being sent to me. I e-mailed again and informed them that I did not want a second package I just wanted to return the product. To that e-mail I again received the 'generic e-mail' that said I had to write to another address.

To make a long story short I received the second package on the 17th of February at 5 pm. I had to sign for the package, delivery confirmation. The package also states that I am not allowed to refuse or return to sender. Later that night I found that GNS had taken out 79.90 from my account that morning since my trial period was over. How can my trial period be over before I receive the product? I sent numerous e-mails on the 17th of February to which none were responded to except the generic e-mail that states there was some problem and it will be handled.

I finally called the company and waited the 33 plus minutes to talk to a representative. I was on hold and transfered to 3 different people. I was told that I had to return the product at my expense to receive my $79.90 back. I was told that they did not receive any e-mails and that they were extending my trial period to March something. I told Steven, one of the managers that I am refusing to pay shipping twice on a product that I have never tried. He was very rude and kept interrupting me, I asked to speak to another manager and he refused and said that was not happening and finally hung up on me. I have paid once for shipping and was charged for a product that they could not pay me to try. In order to get my money back I have to pay to return the product. Rip off!

Do not order from this company. They are quick to take your money but refuse to help you, listen to your complaints and read e-mails.

Acai Berry Edge
Their product is a total ripp off. They mail to you for $3.95, I tried calling to cancel and either a half hour wait or 20 people still holding.

I had no effects at all from taking this product and could only reach them via e-mail stating to STOP any further shipments and they still sent it to me.
I am very dissappointed with this product and company policy.
Sincerely,
Lynn H. Miller

Rip off
This company told me I would have a 21 day free trial, within 14 days they charged my CC. I called and canceled and they continue to send me bottles of there Acai Berry Edge.

I called twice the first time I was on hold for over 20 minutes the second time for over 40 minutes. You must contact your credit card company and tell the to no longer allow this company to charge your card. Some cards may require you to cancel the card you have and get a new number. I am filing a complaint with the Secretary of State of Colorado and Bureau of Consumer Affairs.

A total rip off. Check out the internet before you buy any product on line, no matter how much it is advertised.
