unauthrized charges
I ordered and received Acai Berry and Total Cleanse for trial. I cancelled order after trial and was billed for additional shipments which were not ordered. RECEIVED RETURN LABEL AND SENT BACK PRODUCT BUT WAS STILL BILLED. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS SETTLED AND RECEIVED REFUNDS. Now after almost 4 months I received a call from Slim Reduction saying I haven't paid for a shipment. I have never received nor ordered anything from them. I called and was told that since I hadn't called before yesterday July 29th that they could not do anything. If I paid half they would settle things. I told them I would not pay for product that I didn't order or receive. They said that if I submitted a police report saying it was a fradulent activity that they would remove. I will attempt to do this and fax to them but will not pay even if turned to collections as they told me they would do.

I supposedly owe them more money
I just recieved a letter stating that they have tried to contact me because I owe, in their words, $79.9! It also says that it will be sent to collections. I do not owe any money because I ordered the free trial thing and now I supposedly just bought it and did not pay for it.

Company will not refund
I had ordered this product on March 17, 2009. I was shipped to bottles for just the s & h fee of $12.95. On April 7 the my account was charged $79.90 and to be charged again on May 1st for 2 more bottles of this bogus product. When I called Customer Service I was told I could not return the unopened bottle because I was over the 30 guarantee. The rep informed me that this product takes 60 days to get into your system to really take effect and that I could have put my 30 day guarantee on hold. I asked her where that was stated in the literature that had been sent to me? Her reply was that it was not written, in essence, the product does not work and the company is a rip off. Hopefully, people will read these complaints before ordering their product, which will ultimately lead to no sales.

not a complaint
Okay so I have been a customer of GNS for about 2 years I am losing the weight I love the product and I too started out with a trial offer notice what I said TRIAL offer do you people know what the definition of trial is? It’s a time frame not a free bottle any time something says money back guarantee any way you should know right away they are charging you something! So don’t blame GNS cause you guys are to incompetent to read anything in fact I went back and the terms and conditions are on the page itself so you don’t even have to click on anything to pull it up! It was on the order page! And if you go to Wal-Mart or Target or Marshalls or any of those places they also have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase so if you take it back late you get a in store credit just like GNS so if you think contacting the BBB or your attorney will help you people are a joke you would have to close down so many companies for free trials for return policies if you have that much time on your hands to be doing all this I don’t see why you guys didn’t have enough time to just return the damn bottle. If you’re going to call any customer center don’t take it out on the reps your really think it’s their fault you’re not smart enough to read terms and conditions. The customer service people work it’s a job and right now it may not be a good job but everyone is lucky to have a job as of right now, so don’t make their job harder than it needs to be cause you didn’t read the terms and conditions, every time I had ever called in they were really nice and professional. So you need to be a little smarter read what your signing up for first..don’t be too quick to just through your credit card information on the internet that’s just dumb to do period! And for you internet junkies who order all these trials go to a gym with all this time you have on your hands to just sit around and look on the internet you could be doing your cardio! So seriously people if your fat! Get up move your butt work out slim seduction helped but I did the work to get where I am! Be smart that’s why you’re putting your kids through school and why your parents put you through school. So people really get a grip please reading some of these complaints are a joke okay! Thank you…..

cannot get a refund, puts you into an automatic monthly club for deduction
This Slim Seduction did not work at all, irregardless of the claims. When I tried to return it for a refund, you could not get one 14 days after the shipment. So if you took it for 2 weeks and realized it did not work as claimed, you could only get an exchange up to 150% of the value of the product. You had to find something that you liked in their product line to exchange it for. Unfortunately their product line had nothing worth exchange the product for because you cannot believe the claims of their products. You automatically are put into a monthly plan that ships the Slim Seduction every month, even though you are not aware you are signing up for an ongoing shipment that automatically charges your credit account. Getting it stopped took 3 months of e-mails.

Charged card after I'd already canceled my order
Yesterday (7/21/08), I canceled my order with GNS and told them that I HAD NOT received the product which I had a paid shipping on and was supposed to receive within 7-9 days of my order date (which was 7/1/08). The gal on the phone told me that my card would not be charged to further. Today (7/22/08) I checked my e-mail and at 1:09am GNS, Inc. had charged $49.95 to my account. Now they tell me that they had to charge me because I failed to send the product back [which I NEVER received, mind you]. She told me the only way I can get my money back is to have them RE-SEND the product with a signature. Then I have to send it back--with a signature confirmation and hope that it all takes place within a certain time frame. If they haven't received the product back from me by Aug. 21st then I will not get my account refunded. How am I to know that I will actually receive the product in the time frame suggested? I didn't the first time! I am not happy and now do not feel comfortable purchasing anything online. The lady on the phone today told me that their company has been with the Better Business Bureau for nine years. How is that possible? I am EXTREMELY displeased with this company and their actions. It is wrong to charge me for a product I called and told them I did not receive! It is also not right I was told yesterday no further charges would be made to my card, and then today they turned right around and took money out of my account!
