I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. We brought this complaint to them on May 29, 2009 and after some timethey replied that they needed additional information including a letter from the installer. We provided this to them on May 29, 2009 and we provided pictures of the fenders very clearly showing the shoddy workmanship that caused such concern on the part of our installer. Since that time we have heard NOTHING from them. I have repeatedly called their phone number finding only that their voice mail box is full. They obviously care nothing about their customers nor their concerns. And they have the audacity to sell material of such shoddy workmanship that installers will have nothing to do with it for fear of being liable for damages that would certainly result. I am writing to ask them one final time for satisfaction on this issue. We wish to return the material for a full refund. I am requesting that they kindly respond to my correspondence. As you can see people do not have the time or the money to be messing around with people like these .
