I travelled from delhi to mumbai on Go Air flight in the month of January 2011. My 7 month baby at tha time was in a pram. I checked in the pram just before boarding the flight. But to my dismay i did not get the pram when i landed in Mumbai. the pram was lost. after hundreds of followups, bad customer relation people, no formal complain tracking mechanism, i have still not got the pram. My baby has grown up now but this loss of mine still remains. How do I recover this loss? I am surpised how as to how we were treated during and post this episode
Avoid Go air wherever possible. you never know who will be the next passenger to be mistreated.
