Vesta Corp i agree has chared me several times for charges i never acquired.

i have never had business with them, yet in 2008 charges after charges was

showing up on telephone bills and electronic check withdrawls without

my permissions. Did follow all steps requested by bank and by the fraud

department. My funds were returned i am very gratefully. It caused a

great headache going through nonsufficeint funds here and there.

While trying to replace monies removed from my account I say all of this to

say that i THOUGHT that this nightmare was over from 2008. Only to find

out that it is not. I receiced yet more unbelivable news. I was told that since

they lost the dispute that they needed to collect their money. This happened

as i had receiced a ATT GO PHONE as a gift and tried to purchase minutes

for the phone they refused to provide service to me. Until i pay for the

fraudrulant charges i did not make or aurthorized 2 YEARS ago. Yet, they

allowed the purchase of the Go Phone, insurance and prepaid phone card

to be placed in my name. Yet the person i spoke with said anything associated

with my name they would not service. Oh, yea they kept the $174.98 and

this just happened march 2010. So two years laters the ghost of yesterday

it still haunting me...
