When I ordered their system in May 2009, apparently without my knowledge they signed me up for their club to receive automatic shipments. Yesterday, I received an email thanking me for an order that I did not make and they charged my bank account. I immediately emailed them back stating that I did not want the stuff, and to cancel the order, and credit my bank account. This morning I called their customer service number to stop the order. The lady said that she could not stop the order from being shipped and could not credit my bank account... because even though it had not yet shipped, shipping was in another building!!! DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIS COMPANY'S SCHEME!!!
