Poor Cartridge Quality
Last July I purchased a set of cartridges for my printer. They arrived and I began installing them. Before the month was out, the black cartridge would not register. After arguing with a lady for nearly 1.5 hours on the phone, I finally had to give my credit card again so they could ship me a new cartridge and I could then return the old one. Otherwise they wanted me to ship them mine and several days later send its replacement. Running a business without a printer is not functional.
So it is now February and my printer starts printing on the right half of a sheet. I send the printer in for repair only to find out the yellow cartridge I purchase froze up and my printer carousel is damaged and out of alignment. This company takes a q9702a cartridge grinds off alignment tabs and sells it as a q3962a. Talking with customer service they are not concerned about their poor quality of products. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

no full refund for defective toner
I bought a Dell 1720 laser toner cartridge that was defective when I installed it into printer .The printer would not except it. I had to have a cartridge by the next day so I could not wait several days for them to ship me another one that may also not work . They refunded me the cost of the toner but not the $9.46 shipping charge. Buyer beware !
